Terms & Conditions of Eco-V Cleaning Services

TERMS

The Client agrees to use our services by placing an order for services by telephone, email or website forms and by doing so shall constitute the Client’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Our minimum provided service session is 3 hours with rare exceptions due to Client's schedule availability.

PAYMENT

Client will receive an invoice monthly or at the end of cleaning session dependent on the terms agreed. All invoices must be paid within 24-48 Hour period due to daily high volume of clients. Invoice reminder are sent every 48 hours. Late payments will result into late payment fees of 10% of invoice total value. 

 We accept VISA & MASTERCARD with 3% charge fee, e-transfer

CLEANING SUPPLIES

All cleaning supplies are provided by the Eco-V Cleaning. If you require us to use your solutions or equipment, they must be safe to use/operate, in full working order and must not require any special skills to be used for the purpose of cleaning. If Client has any allergies from any cleaning supply, Eco-V Cleaning must be notified about it before cleaning session starts.

CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING OF CLEANING SESSION

All Clients must give 24 Hour notice due to high volume of scheduled sessions per day on order to avoid $25 cancellation fee. If Client needs to reschedule a cleaning session, it can be done by emailing to info@eco-vcleaning.com

COMPLAINTS

All complaints are taken seriously and will be addresses immediately. If Client is dissatisfied with the quality of service we will work on it until great level of satisfaction is reached.

Animal waste, mould,  industrial derbies, high ceiling fans, exterior windows
